1. The recommended dosage range of polycarboxylate superplasticizer is 0.5%-1.6%, and the dosage range can be adjusted appropriately for special cement or aggregate.
2. It can be mixed into the metered water and added to the concrete mixer at the same time with water. In order to achieve a good water reduction effect, we recommend that the mixing time is at least 150s.
3. When using this product for the first time or changing the cement type, the necessary trial mixing test should be carried out according to the site raw materials and construction conditions, and the mixing amount and construction mixing ratio should be determined according to the test results to ensure the quality of the concrete.
4. Due to the high water reduction rate of PCE superplasticizer, its concrete slump is very sensitive to the water consumption, and the water consumption and dosage must be strictly controlled during use.
